Ali AL MAIMOUNI

Chairman of the Board

Mr. AL MAIMOUNI comes with more than 25 years of extensive experience in contracting and infrastructure projects. Started as local civil work and infrastructure contractor and to lead our group with great passion and visionary to become one of the most respected contractors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and some of the regional GCC countries.

With his vision and determination, Mr. AL MAIMOUNI with his partners s and teams led the group to handle and realise projects with hundreds of millions.

Mr. AL MAIMOUNI perused his high education at one of the more prestigious universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region, King Saud University in Riyadh where he received a BA degree in business administration and an additional BA degree in Legal Affairs.

Mohamad AL FIRES AL AKARI

Vice Chairman & CEO

Mr. AL AKARI comes with more than 25 years of experience in family business and investments, he is the founder and president of Nettr Inc., an innovation house developing advanced streaming, cyber and security, and digital content delivery technologies.

Mr. AL AKARI has advised prominent institutions on specific transactions and investments, he has advised members of Royal Families in the GCC on specific investments and partnerships. Mr. AL AKARI is a private business advisor to members of the Saudi Royal Family. He is leading partner and chief strategist of Tori Global, strategic consulting firm with major offices in London, New York, and Singapore.

With entrepreneurial achievements, Mr AL AKARI is the founder of various technology companies including MindMore Inc., Onwallet, and Vollome Inc.

Mr. AL AKARI studied his MSc in computer science and networking, London, and qualified as computer networks and security professional from Cisco, Checkpoint, and  Microsoft. He has a diploma in Executive Strategic Leadership, University of Oxford and received an executive program in Strategic Thinking for CXO from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. 

Mr. AL AKARI received an executive program in Cybersecurity & Risk Management from Harvard University. Mr. AL AKARI is pursuing his doctoral studies in leadership and wealth strategies, University of London.

Nakhle CHAMMAS

Director of Energy, Oil and Gas 

Mr. CHAMMAS holds an extensive 30 years of experience in business of marketing and trading in the hydrocarbon sector serving various international companies including but not limited to his role at TAMOIL (upstream and downstream operations) at the HQ as the Head of Risk for over 9 years. Mr. CHAMMAS prepared and executed hedging strategies on a group level and solely managed the proprietary trading book with a volume of 12 million barrels whilst identifying and preparing business strategies for investments and opportunities in the sector of hydrocarbon.

In addition, Mr. CHAMMAS has spent several years with BB Energy in London, Sahara Petroleum and as independent trader and consultant in the Middle East and GCC. Mr. CHAMMAS has spear headed a new initiative in the petroleum trading sector with the establishment of Jona Commodities S.A.L and Moyes Trading DMCC, based and operating out of Dubai. Mr. CHAMMAS holds BSc in from UK and he is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Italian.

Raymond ASQUITH (Lord Oxford), OBE

International Business Advisor

Raymond Benedict Bartholomew Michael Asquith, 3rd Earl of Oxford and Asquith, OBE is a British former senior diplomat and hereditary peer. Styled Viscount Asquith until he succeeded to his father’s peerage titles on 16 January 2011, the earldom of Oxford and Asquith was created for his paternal great-grandfather, H. H. Asquith, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

He was educated at Farleigh School and Ampleforth College, and subsequently obtained an MA degree at Balliol College, University of Oxford.

Lord Oxford joined HM Diplomatic Service in 1980 as a career diplomat, serving until 1997. As well as postings in London at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and to the Cabinet Office, he served as First Secretary at the British Embassy in Moscow from 1983–85, and Counsellor at HM Embassy in Kiev from 1992–97.

In October 2014, the Earl of Oxford and Asquith was elected in the House of Lords by-election to replace the late Lord Methuen (who died in July 2014) and to sit as a Liberal Democrat, alongside his cousin Baroness Bonham-Carter of Yarnbury on the government benches (as the LibDems were then part of a coalition government) in the House of Lords.

Lord Oxford has various business and investment interests globally and he is the NED and Chairman of Fexol Group.

Prof. Fadi NUAH

Executive Advisor on Energy & Power

Prof. NUAH has more than 45 years of experience in the fields of power, energy, and nuclear engineering. After he completed his post doctorate from University of California, Berkeley, In 1977, Prof. NUAH joined the Faculty of Engineering at Tripoli University, Libya where he founded and was the dean of the Faculty of Nuclear & Electronic Engineering, Tripoli University, Libya. Prof. NUAH served as a deputy minister of Energy of Libya from 1980 to 1983.

Prof. NUAH was a panellist in the Southeast European Forum, SAIS, Centre of Transatlantic Relations, Johns Hopkins University as well as a panellist and presented papers in two sessions of the Mediterranean Economic Initiative at SAIS.

Prof. NUAH is a member of the Advisory Board of the “Mediterranean Development Initiative”, part of the Centre for Transatlantic Relations SAIS in Washington DC. Beside his advice on specific power and energy projects under the investment of Kingdom Wealth Funds, Dr. NUAH serves as Consultant on nuclear Power Plant EKYA&E Architects & Engineers, Irvine, CA, USA, and Seoul, Korea.

Prof. NUAH is Libyan-American holds BSc in Engineering Physics, MSc and PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Prof. NUAH also spent 2 years as Postgraduate fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, USA.

Les JOHN EDEN

General Technical Advisor

Mr. EDEN comes with 40-year extensive career in upstream, and downstream engineering projects. This included project engineering and engineering management, within the petrochemical industry. Overseeing engineering and procurement (EP) and Engineering Procurement Construction, (EPC) projects from conception through to completion, including commissioning. This included overall responsibility for the construction of petrochemical plants, industrial facilities and pipelines.

Mr. EDEN began his engineering career in 1976 working in Saudi Arabia with ARAMCO prior to joining Halliburton.

Mr. EDEN has spent his entire career working and residing in the Gulf States and Turkey, employed by Halliburton, finally in the position of Country Manager. Since 2002

Mr. EDEN holds a MSc in Engineering and BA in Business Management from UK.

Mohammad G. ALSHAIBANI

Senior Business Development

With an extensive experience in Human Resources and with a record of successfully executed critical HR initiatives in driving cost efficiencies and organizational growth, Mr. ALSHAIBANI known for developing and implementing innovative policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency and efficacy across operations within the organisation.

Mr. ALSHAIBANI encourages a collaborative team and personal growth/development, Performance-oriented and disciplined recruitment to comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Mr. ALSHAIBANI was the HR Supervisor at Technology Control Co. (TCC) and Business Innovation Co., where he led 100+ employees for the full spectrum of HR Management & Administration. Recruited for all staff positions.

Mr. ALSHAIBANI headed the main office of Mariq Transportation Co., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he managed the affairs of HQ managerial staff.

Mr. ALSHAIBANI holds Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major in Marketing), King AbdulAziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and he received a Master Degree in Public Administration and Human Resource (MPA/HR) from the University of Notre Dame de Namur, Belmont, CA. USA.

Ahmed BADRELDIN

Senior Project Director

Mr. BADRELDIN comes with more than 15 years of extensive experience in projects management and contracting. Prior to joining our group, Mr. BADRELDIN worked for Binjarallah Holding group as projects’ manager where he managed major projects with total value of more than SAR5 Billion.

Prior to that Mr. BADRELDIN served as a Surveyor Engineer at Saudi Binladin Group for 7 years. Mr. BADRELDIN was a GIS Specialist At Path Finder’s Company for few years.

Mr. BADRELDIN holds BA in Geography Maps and Surveying from the University of Damanhour and Geographic Information Systems professional certification.

Awad DURGAM

Executive Financial Officer

Mr. DURGAM comes with more than 35 years of intensive experience in finance, auditing, and accounting. He worked for Binjarallah Holding group for more than 25 years as Chief Budgeting, Auditing, and Finance. Prior to his role with our group, Mr. DURGAM served one the major contracting companies in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for few years.

Mr. DURGAM holds BA in Accounting and Auditing from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He is a Chartered Accountant.
